June 5-7 | [Younger] Green Lakes State Park Camping Trip
We will be going to Green
Lake State Park to tent camp and hike around Green and Round Lakes. These are
very special lakes, in that they are Meromectic lakes, which means they do not
turn over (circulate) the water layers annually like normal lakes do. Because
of this they are always green in color. There are wonderful old growth forests
to hike through at this state park. It will be a wonderful trip to kick summer
off with. The cost of the trip, at this point, is $40.00 per person prepaid. We
need a minimum of 4 people for this trip, but the more people the less it
costs each of us.
Please contact Jo at 478-7461 or
